National Ferry Corporation is following guidelines from Federal, State and Local Governments as well as the CDC and other local health departments to reduce the impact and spread of COVID-19. National Ferry operates its vessels in strict accordance with United States Coast Guard (USCG) safety regulations, and we pledge to continue to provide outstanding service to all passengers.
As always, the safety of our guests and crew are of the upmost importance. We have enhanced measures to sanitize the vessel during and between cruises and have limit the number of passengers on board to allow more space for guests to safely distance themselves.

If your cruise has been cancelled due to the decisions of local authorities, we will be happy to reschedule your cruise for a future date during our 2020 sailing season and will contact you regarding your cruise options.
If you are unable to attend ticketed cruises due to illness or stay-at-home order, we will work with you to apply your ticket to a future cruise during our 2020 sailing season. Please email email@example.com for questions and information on switching your cruise date.
If you would like to purchase tickets for a future cruise or make arrangements for a private charter, please note that we will be flexible with charter packages (alternate dates and times are subject to availability).
All tickets and charter deposits are non-refundable.
