National Ferry Cares About Your Health & Safety

National Ferry Corporation is following guidelines from Federal, State and Local Governments as well as the CDC and other local health departments to reduce the impact and spread of COVID-19. National Ferry operates its vessels in strict accordance with United States Coast Guard (USCG) safety regulations, and we pledge to continue to provide outstanding service to all passengers.

As always, the safety of our guests and crew are of the upmost importance. We have enhanced measures to sanitize the vessel during and between cruises and have limit the number of passengers on board to allow more space for guests to safely distance themselves.

National Ferry Cares About Your Experience

  • If your cruise has been cancelled due to the decisions of local authorities, we will be happy to reschedule your cruise for a future date during our 2020 sailing season and will contact you regarding your cruise options.

  • If you are unable to attend ticketed cruises due to illness or stay-at-home order, we will work with you to apply your ticket to a future cruise during our 2020 sailing season. Please email for questions and information on switching your cruise date.

  • If you would like to purchase tickets for a future cruise or make arrangements for a private charter, please note that we will be flexible with charter packages (alternate dates and times are subject to availability).

  • All tickets and charter deposits are non-refundable.

Are Ticket Purchased for cruises in 2019 good for use in 2020?

NFC will accept ALL tickets purchased in 2019 throughout our 2020 operating season.

Has passenger capacity been lowered?

While the United States Coast Guard has not adjusted vessel capacity, NFC will operate at 50% capacity until further notice

Will concessions be available for purchase during the cruise?

Unfortunately, we will not be selling concessions until further notice. The bar and concession area will remain closed until we can safely open it during cruises.

What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 aboard your vessels?

  • Masks are required for passengers on all public cruises

  • Masks and gloves are required for entire crew

  • Free-standing, foot-operated, hand sanitizers are centrally located on both decks

  • Constant vessel sanitation by crew will take place during cruises

  • Allowing extra time between cruises for full vessel sanitation

  • Modified vessel seating layout on each deck in accord with social distancing guidelines

  • We expect guests and crew to adhere to social distancing rules (signs as reminders are posted throughout the vessel)
