Where can I park?

Do you allow smoking on board?

Smoking is not permitted on board at any time.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed on board, however, service animals are permitted.


Is the vessel ADA accessible? 

We are not ADA accessible, however, wheelchairs and walkers are permitted on board (though they will not fit in our small boat restrooms). The boarding process consists of mostly ramps, with 2-3 small steps leading to the vessel itself. Our crew members will gladly assist passengers that require help to board. 

Does my child need a ticket?

All passengers ages 3 and up need a general admission ticket. Children under the age of 3 sail for free!


May I bring food/drink on board?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board, however, refreshments and snacks may be purchased at our full bar & concessions area. 

Are there group discounts?

Yes! Please email info@nationalferry.com for groups of 15 or more. 

What if it rains?

We sail rain or shine! If the wind or weather conditions are severe, we will contact passengers directly with cancellation information, however, cancellations due to weather are extremely rare as our vessels are extremely stable!

What if I miss my cruise?

Tickets are non-refundable and reservations cannot be rescheduled, however, you may present your unused ticket as a walkup/standby passenger on any cruise of equal or lesser value listed on our website. We hold about 25 seats for walkups and suggest arriving 20-30 minutes prior to cruise time in order to use your ticket as standby. For questions, please email info@nationalferry.com
